LSG – Large Stone Grader

LSG provides a complete solution for managing the optical grading of large-sized material. It features material flow management, congestion control, size & position detection and RGB colour imaging & removal tools. Material pre-cleaning by brushing and moisturising is included for stable grading results.

SSG – Small Stone Grader

We offer high-speed and high-capacity systems for optical colour grading of smaller particle material. Defect material is removed either by flaps or pneumatic pulses. A system can be delivered with a complete environment control system, including air circulation, protective airflow system and removal of residual water with a cyclone. Air-purge blast residue control for fewer disturbances from dirt is included.

FSA – Flat Surface Analysers

Plywood, particle board, roof bitumen coatings, MDF… you name it. This platform featuring several optional illumination modules can be varied to comply with the demands of a huge variation of applications. The application-specific user interface makes it very efficient to manage defects and grading settings.

DDS – Dirt Detection System

A simplified black & white version of the flat-surface inspection system that detects dirt specks in flat-flowing products. Typical applications include dirt in sugar, milk powder and other monochromatic products like paper. A system for receiving the material flow, handling it for an optimal imaging process and dirt particle removal is available.

SOAP – Soapstone Grader

This system is suitable for stone product makers who need to sort half-finished or finished material according to shade and structure. The grader is stabilised and protected from the harsh environment with water and dirt. It can be combined with a CCS module for ultimate colour awareness.

FVM – Flow Volume Measurement for Conveyors

When very high accuracy for non-touching 3D volume is required, the Flow Volume Measurement is the solution. With accuracy down to a couple of tenths of a millimetre for a 1,500 mm-wide conveyor belt, the system provides very accurate material flow volume information. A simultaneous flow of 3D profile data is created from which many other product details can extracted.

CCS – Calibrated Colour Sensoring

Even though our RGB camera systems can be stabilised for colour with working standards, the most stable and accurate colour measurement is achieved with a calibrated colour sensor. Combining a Colour Sensor and a RGB camera, you get the best from both worlds; the recognising & grading power of machine vision with the unbeatable colour resolution & stability of the colour sensor.

RSI – Railroad Sleeper Inspector

RSI is a multitasking system that can be built in various configurations depending on process needs: sleeper measurements, angles, contact surface parallelism, attachment point positions, steel reinforcement wire existence and position. Even the  surface quality on all sides of the sleeper can be measured if necessary.

BREAD – The Multitasking Bread Baking Inspector

Bread size, shape, height, baking grade, seed distribution or punch-through problems can be analysed with this system. The combination of 3D sensors and colour cameras will give you the perfect data for determining product quality. The system can be supplied as a monitoring-only unit or as a complete system with bread handling, imaging and grading functions.

PSA – Particle Size Analyser

Sand, wood chips, stones or even boulders… Our PSA platform can handle all material particle sizes. This on-line system can be equipped with various sampling and imaging units to ensure a proper imaging environment.

CFA – Candy Form Analyser

Candy is usually poured into starch-powder forms and then baked in ovens. The type and intactness of the form can be inspected before the candy mass is filled in order to prevent costly misses in fillings. Our systems can be applied both for the floating or stop & go type of transport systems.

PCA – Potato Chip Analyser

Too dark burned chips are always left in the bag, so why pack them at all? Up to one million chips per hour can be received, sorted, analysed and graded on the standard system. Chips faulty in size or shade can be removed.

NPR – Needle Punch Robot

No more manual inspection and changing of the needles. In the most complete configuration, the system can receive a complete trolley of needle beds, turn and feed them to the robot, perform the inspection and replace defective needles. Various routines are available for running time-based needle replacement.

EDGE – Plywood Edge Sealer

EDGE features an automated sensoring of the product, if necessary manipulation of the product and application of an efficient edge sealant material for plywood. Optionally a camera unit is available for montoring the material application for ensuring reliable independent operation. Also available is an optional system for single-source material use where the various colours are manufactured on-site from a base-white product. This enables simplest material logistics and further cost savings.
