Our strongest asset is a team of talented and devoted professionals willing to make a difference in their daily work. Now, we are looking for a new member to our growing team in Tampere office.

 

As a Haarla Sales Manager you will:

actively sell our product portfolio to customers responsible for

plan and implement strategic customer relationship maintenance (customer care plan in addition to budgeting)

use your technical know-how to complement our product portfolio

be open to and in constant search of new business and opportunities,

actively maintain and up-date our CRM system

work in close cooperation with our Customer Service

manage supplier relationships and have an active role in the purchasing of the products you sell

keep up to date with industry trends and developments, product updates and latest news

To join us you need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technical, Chemistry or other relevant experience equal to the same,

adhesives, Building, Paints, Coatings or Detergents Market and Product Knowledge,

good understanding of international B2B business and ability to adjust to changeable international market,

good command of English and Finnish languages,

good interpersonal skills (negotiations and communication skills),

proficient use of Microsoft office tools as well as CRM and ERP systems,

flexibility and willingness to learn and develop your skills,

will to exceed expectations by finding the best solutions to customers and other partners,

goal-and-action oriented mindset,

a passion for B2B sales.
